Construction, can be thought of as a process incorporating change as a

Achievements

Among my greatest accomplishments, I would include relationships with

construction professionals and trade contractor employees. Without their

cooperation and their work projects are never completed.

The projects I have helped deliver to stakeholders and owners include

two new high schools on new sites, multiple additions & interior retrofits

at five existing high schools, a new LEED Silver middle school on a new

school site, mechanical retrofits and additions at two existing middle

schools, eight new elementary school buildings on new sites, and multiple

additions and mechanical retrofits at seven existing elementary schools.

In addition, I have also built multiple big box retail projects on

standalone sites and on developer sites for a national chain of department

stores.
