Project Superintendent

Anderson Builders, St Louis Park, MN 55426

Over $40 million of completed projects in 9 years

including:

Vadnais Heights Professional Center for Health East group,

a 10,600 square foot ground up stick built medical office.

With fully functioning clinic including exam rooms, x-ray

room, casting area, lab, and business offices

Heritage Christian Academy Maple Grove Minnesota, 85,000

square feet of ground up block and steel construction for a

private K-12 school. Complete with class rooms, gymnasium,

kitchen, library, locker rooms, staff and administrative

offices.

Children's Orthopedic Clinic, St. Paul Minnesota. A 3,000

square foot renovation, of an existing building for

Children's Hospitals and Clinics. This was a fast track 9

week renovation that included complete interior demolition,

and renovation.

Berger and Associates Medicine Lake Minnesota, renovation

of an existing residential home into a commercial property.

Including an addition on helical piles, complete HVAC,

Plumbing, and Electrical updates.

Experience Oak Hill Office Building in St. Louis Park Minnesota. A

Continued: 16,000 square foot concrete block and steel building, on an

EPA Superfund Site. This project was under extreme scrutiny

by three separate Government agencies, the EPA, the MPCA,

and the city of St. Louis Park, due to the soil

contamination. The build out included a DaVita Dialysis

clinic and the new Headquarters for Anderson Builders. This

project was completed in 7 months.

Siemens Real Estate Minnetonka, Minnesota. Remodel of

136,000 square feet of an existing building. Updates

included new 90 ton HVAC units, cooling tower, new computer

testing lab, as well as office and common areas.

Fox Hollow Coffee Shop, Burnsville Minnesota. New

freestanding building supplying coffee and food to the

public.

Savage Professional Center, Savage Minnesota. Ground up

stick built building, with a 6,000 square foot DaVita

Dialysis clinic. This was a fast track building that was

completed in 90 days to meet the demands of DaVita

Dialysis' treatment needs.

Pictura Graphics, Golden Valley Minnesota. 16,000 square

foot precast addition to an existing printing facility.

This project included updating the existing HVAC needs, as

well as a new freight elevator.

1997 - 1999

Project Manager

St. Paul Public Housing, St. Paul Minnesota 55101

Project management, through public bidding and Government

Procurement contracts. Performed energy audits for building

systems and equipment upgrades for reduced energy

consumption. Worked with utility companies to receive

equipment rebates and rate reductions. Managed high-rise

elevator maintenance contracts, as well as site

redevelopments. Developed specs for building and

property construction projects, awarded and managed

projects

Started and operated residential Construction Company, with

projects ranging from complete home construction to

remodeling of existing homes. This was a profitable

business venture that I used to finance my living expenses
