accounts’ performance rating by over 25% in first year, with year over year improvement achieved
thereafter.
• Improved Worldwide Purchase Price Variance Retention Processes which contributed over $260M
annually to PBIT. Recognized for leading 6-month initiative and driving North Asia’s 1% retained
PPV improvement.
• Directed Global E&O Mitigation Process, which achieved recovery of more than $1.2 billion over five
years and improved E&O as a percentage of total inventory by 13%.
• Owned Worldwide Replenishment Programs, including global agreements, processes, tools &
