Review unrealized gain/loss report to determine if tax driven

brokers.

13D and Form 13F).

Primary contact for due diligence meetings and tax and performance

reporting with potential and current investors.

Part of a team that met with prime brokerage capital introduction teams.

Responsible for calculating performance used in reports to investors.

Developed procedures for inputting trades, pricing of portfolio,

reconciling cash, communicating with prime brokers, booking journal
