Network IOF Designer
Client requested a Network Engineer with knowledge of the TIRKS network
design. MetaSolv was the secondary skill set, but TIRKS experience was 100%
required. Completed an accelerated course (one week) in MetaSolv (TBS).
Worked on contract, in the Fairpoint Provisioning IOF Provisioning design
department in alleviating a backlog of customer/business requests due to a
migration/change-over in company ownership, in Manchester, NH. These
were former TIRKS designs being migrated to the Fairpoint network
systems. Per department Manager request, was transferred to their
Portland, Maine location to work with the Fairpoint Implementation lead
manager, in reconciliation of over thirteen thousand internal service
request orders via the MetaSolv systems network platform.

Customer Provisioner/LNP Administrator
Daily process involved interacting and providing customer support for all
LNP processing issues. Interacted daily, with both corporate and
residential vendors in resolving any discrepancies found within the LNP
process. Documented and submitted a weekly report, this information was
extracted from all of the various directory listings databases utilized
such as Neustar, NPAC, and Bellsouth, Verizon, Sprint, Hawaii Tel and
Qwest. Created, approved and submitted both Customer Service Requests and
Local Service Requests. Worked within the AT&T's SOA/NPAC systems to
activate over ten thousand network lines weekly. Understand the network
topography of the Local Number Porting process. Facilitated the updating
and provisioning of LIDB/CNAM and Directory Listing requests. Trouble shoot
LNP port issues within all internal and external network nodes. Trained,
supervised and provided guidance and instruction to other team members, to
ensure that both team and individual objectives were accomplished.
Familiar with the use and importance of working within the LERG systems as
well. Worked with the executive and corporate management teams, in
implementing their in-house network systems for reports and auditing
purposes. Also responsible for processing, and porting of E-911 requests,
which required weekly special project meetings to ensure a smooth
transition.
