Construct workout prescription for troubled projects. Structure and underwrite repair loans, loan refinance and loan modifications in a

manner which achieves the Corporation’s profitability and goals while staying within the Corporation’s risk parameters. Obtain all

financial and other information necessary to properly assess the risk of the loan refinance and modification. Prepare complex property,

project or business level pro-forma cash flow statements to properly size loan and determine sensitivity to negative factors. Partner with

Loan Administration and inside counsel and outside counsel in the preparation, review and approval of loan refinance, modification or

repair loan documentation to ensure the documents meet agreed upon business terms and satisfy the specific requirements of the

appropriate credit or investment approval authority. As required, negotiate contentious issues with members of the deal team and counsel,

and act as liaison for approval of these terms with Credit Committee. Prepare written credit or investment approval memoranda and

ancillary forms for complex loan refinances, repair loans, loan modifications and soft loans. Schedule and attend meetings between

property representatives and HDC to facilitate the work out process. Liaison amongst project representatives and the HDC engineering

and loan servicing departments to facilitate critical repairs of buildings. Assist in the development of financial, occupancy and capital

plans with owner/agents. Visit troubled properties with a HDC engineer to get a first hand view of the work that needs to be done thereby

assisting in developing a proper capital plan that meets the needs of the building physically and financially.
