• Analyzed and processed inventory, drop shipment, and warranty vendor invoices into Microsoft Great

Plains and Mas200 on a daily basis.

• Verified our purchase price in Microsoft Great Plains system against vendor invoices to ensure proper

pricing, also ensured correct item numbers shipped versus invoiced.

• Worked closely with our purchasing department to approve or fix any invoice cost variances.
