Having started my printing career in the early 70's, I bring 30 plus

years of knowledge in printing and graphic arts. Having worked for

different In-plant printing companies I have learned that leadership

is built on four planks; philosophy, goals, accountability and

optimism.

Ran In-plant printing and bindery dept.

Responsible for the printing and binding of the

training manuals that were printed. I had to make sure

that we had the paper and supplies needed. I also had

to managing of the part time personnel.

Graphic Arts

Responsible for layout and print shop. Started out in

the layout dept. Then moved to prepress and press

room. Then moved to assist the Director of In-plant

printing Helping out in the dark room, press room or

bindery as need to make sure that ship dates were met.

Past member of the Birmingham Chapter of In-plant Printing Management

Association.
