Implemented the Direct Data Entry systems for two of Benchmark's major

Medicare payers. This consisted of taking these systems: from

software installation to receiving payments and performing consistent,

timely audits of billing and follow up staff.

Responsible for installation of software updates and other system

maintenance.

Once the systems were up and running, I enter claims daily, retrieve

explanation of benefits, perform claim corrections and do any special

projects to ensure payments are received and were paid correctly.
