Responsible for, but not limited to: ensuring all

documentation for new accounts and maintenance to existing

accounts so they have proper authorization and are in

compliance with standards, verification of TIN

certification, review of documentation for legal name

changes, title changes and relationship changes.

June 2008 - May 2009 Legal Secretary; Staffers, Inc. Jackson, MS:

Dispatched to multiple legal offices throughout the city

performing various tasks such as delivery of subpoenas,

client relations, data entry, and coordinating office

activity.

July 2007 - June 2008 Legal Secretary; Law offices of John Mooney, PLLC:

Performed legal duties associated with family law practice

such as the filing of motions with the Court, maintaining

client files, drafting notices of discovery, and preparing

clients for examination before trial.

February 2005 - June 2007 Receptionist/Legal Secretary: Performed

outsourced general office duties to gain experience while

attending school. Later assigned to the Child Support

division of the State of Mississippi Social Services,

updating client files, locating non-custodial parents,

submitting documents to attorneys for review, generating

and filing pleadings for court proceedings, and entering

discoveries into the database.
