Project Description: Liberator uses a rules engine, EDL Windows,

developed in-house to manage data driven forms selection on a policy.

DocuMaker Studio, DocuMaker RP and DocuPresentment, will replace the

outdated publishing components of the system. There are 1700 forms

which are being converted from EDL to Documaker and remediated. Rules

in EDL are being rewritten in Documaker as a part of this conversion.

The forms are being standardized and coded in such a fashion that

maintenance would be much easier in future.

Responsibilities:

> Lead Forms Developer

> Onsite Coordinator - liaison between clients and offshore

> Coding of all Complex and highly complex forms

> Coding of complex DAL scripts

> Prepare various Standards documents - Forms standards, coding

standards, naming standards etc for Liberator

> Actively participate in discussions with IT team to improve the

> Monitoring the tasks, preparation of reports related to Status

Project Description: This project is being executed to make Liberty

Mutual's auto declaration policy package more customer-focused and user-

friendly using Documaker forms technology. The Current Publishing

production consists of over 2,100 forms to support the Auto policy

package for all states. These forms are being migrated from Documerge

to Documaker.

Responsibilities:

> Technical Lead for the projects

> Responsible for preparation of templates and guidelines for

provider. MOBIS (Monthly Outside Bureau Interface System) is an

application that is used to collate and send card member financial

system of a leading life Insurer in US. Functionality covered as part

of this project is to process policy information for a new business,

renewal, endorsement, all the way up to processing Death claims,

covering the whole life cycle of a policy. This was a maintenance

project and involved tasks bug fixes, enhancements, production support,

PLI version upgrade etc.

Responsibilities:

> Responsible for initiatives to reduce CPU consumption of

the jobs

necessary through programs.

Project Description: - This was a Docucorp Project executed for a

leading life insurance company in the US and involved development as

well as maintenance tasks. This was an Annuity application that

involved creation of contract pages, letters and other forms. The

maintenance work included tasks such as addition of new forms,

reduction of number of production issues by installing permanent fixes

as well as solving the critical bugs that are reported by the client.

Development tasks included end to end product development of insurance

forms and their implementation using Documaker tools and mainframes.
