Parts Manager

Directed retail/wholesale/collision parts operations. Specified parts for

mechanical and physical damage repairs to vehicles. Reduced inventory

investment by over $50,000 in the first month by setting up ordering and

phase-in/phase-out parameters while at the same time improving same day off

shelf fill rates by over 4%. Set up an EBay store to sell obsolete parts

and accessories and implemented a commission plan with the sales team to

promote and sell accessories. Managed RIM system to ensure compliance and

to ensure orders did not lead to excess inventory. Created processes for

contacting customers on special order parts and a return process to ensure
