Provide assistance with office productivity and specialized software both remotely and in person.

Provide desktop support, including:

Maintain and upgrade existing server and storage infrastructure

Ensure data security and redundancy, including tools such as Time Machine for centralized automated office backup

Coordinate video conferencing using Polycom and Skype
