Associate Construction Manager
Coordinated projects with the UW client, end user, Campus Engineering,
facilities, and A/E. Enforce and provide direction to the General
Contractor (GC). Review GC's schedule of values, schedule, safety plan,
submittal log, Change Cost Proposals including time extensions and
liquidated damages, punch list and O&M Manuals. Prepare & coordinate work
orders for utility shutdowns and facilities related work. Coordinate
asbestos and lead abatement and lead and mercury remediation. Conduct
meetings prepare and distribute meeting minutes including preconstruction,
weekly, shutdown, preinstallation, Change Order, commissioning, move-in.
Process, generate & answer Request for Information (RFI's), Change Order
Proposals, and Change Orders, Facilities Work Order Requests. Daily on-
site quality control, site visits and safety walks. Generate and update
safety audits with construction photographs.
