Assistant Superintendent
Managed the construction of a design build metal and wood framed assisted
living complex. Developed quality relationships with project Engineer,
Architect, Owners and Inspectors while implementing over 50 major design
changes requiring complicated changes to the critical path and involving
material acquisition and coordination while completing the project 4% under
budget and 6 months ahead of schedule. Maintained a zero accident/injury
record for the 11-month project by implementing weekly safety audits,
safety meetings and conducting cooperative State OSHA job site
consultations.

Designed and implemented a six-point multilevel inspection protocol
designed to identify builders' risk and associated construction defect
warranty costs. Reviewed and suggested value engineering concepts with
subcontractors and upper management to reduce construction costs. In an 18
month period, following multiple risk assessments by Zurick, overall
evaluation numbers improved by 1.25 points on a 10 point scale. The
