Dear Sirs,
If your company is seeking a Human Resource Professional who understands
the relationship between management and employees, productivity and
positive interactions, then we have good reason to meet. I have an
extensive background in performance management, people development and
labor management within a diverse workforce. Human Capital represents the
biggest costs to most companies; therefore these resources should realize
the greatest value.
With this philosophy I have been able to implement proactive HR policies
that have had a positive impact within the productivity of the workforces
for the companies I have been employed with. Although I am far more
interested in challenge and growth potential than salary, in recent years
my total compensation has been in the $60-70K range. Salary is, of course,
negotiable.
I am confident that I can contribute to the growth, productivity, and
professionalism within your company. Thank you for your time and
consideration, and I look forward to our conversation.
Sincerely,
Tim D Lundberg
