WORK EXPERIENCE

Paid Internship for Vonage from May 2008- August 2008 - Holmdel, NJ

Worked with the Public Relations department.

Responsible for media coverage of Vonage, Competitors, and the VoIP/Telecom

industry.

Took daily findings and organized them into News Bulletins to be sent to

the executive management team and the entire marketing/public relations

team (including an external PR firm). Took important media coverage and

organized the information in reports that would be used in Press Releases

and media kits.

Wrote pitches for Vonage products and presented them in PR team meetings.

Wrote internal announcements for various Vonage events, such as an internal

logo contest (that had over 200 competitors), and a Volleyball Tournament.

Announcements included logos and branded slogans that were used with other

images and written assets for the activities.

Brainstormed ideas, with both internal and external Vonage PR teams, for

internal events, marketing plans, promotional items for trade shows,

strategies for product launches and important releases on a weekly basis.

Experienced a Beta launch, a Product Launch, a New CEO, and 2 Quarterly

Earnings reports during internship.

Unpaid Internship for Vonage from December 2007-January 2008 - Holmdel, NJ

Worked with Public Relations to prepare for Vonage's Booth at CES 2008 in

Las Vegas.

Created daily News Bulletins to track Vonage's exposure in the media during

CES 2008.

Contributed ideas to make Vonage's campus more "Green" (cutting energy

costs, adopting more environmentally friendly products, etc.)

Designed and created motivational posters for First Quarter of 2008.

Created Motion Graphics for internal programming/advertising around the

Vonage campus.

Paid Internship for Vonage from May 2006- August 2006 - Holmdel, NJ

Worked on an internal programming channel for Vonage (called "Vonage

Vision"). Responsibilities included: shooting footage, setting up video

shoots (including shoots that used green screens), and creating graphics

for Vonage Vision (including templates, stock images for animations,

fliers, etc.).

Produced media assets of Vonage for Public Relations

Art Director for a Photo Shoot with Chad Hunt Photography, for Vonage

products with models, which was used for various Vonage events, product

launches and advertising.

Assisted Arnold Worldwide, the company that created the Vonage commercials,

MAGfest (May 2009- Present)

Promoted video game music festival (2200+ attendance) by creating graphics

and advertisements (from still images to video production).

Recorded/edited footage at events, including live broadcasts/podcasts,

promoting the festival.

Analyzed Google Analytic data and developed strategic marketing plans to

drive more unique user visits, as well as increase "Average time on site"

and reduce the bounce rate.

Using the same Google Analytical data, created a marketing/promotional plan

that would outline promotional campaign for the entire year. The plan also

analyzed what strategies have worked in the past, and what events we should

cut in order to save money for the convention.

Traveled to various conventions to promote MAGfest, including a joint

promotional campaigns with Video Games Live, VGXPO, and GameX.

Yugioh: The Abridged Series (July 2009- Present)

Promoted/Co-managed web series (which the official website with an average

of 20-40,000 hits a day, and over 100,000 subscribers on Youtube) at

various conventions and across many platforms on the internet.

Co-managed panels at conventions/Video screenings with usually hundreds in

attendance.

Completely redesigned the main website with new user graphical interface,

new social media features, as well having the site perform faster than

previous incarnations.

Integrated Web 2.0 features (such as implementing and managing a Twitter

feed (over 5,600 followers) and a Facebook "Fan" page with over 25,000

members), including designing and creating image assets to enhance over

user experience.

Analyzed Google Analytic data and developed strategic marketing plans to

drive more unique user visits, as well as increase "Average time on site"

and reduce the bounce rate.

Headed promotional campaign to encourage users to vote for our Youtube

channel in Mashable.com's Open Web awards in the category of "Funniest

Youtube Channel" (which we won).

Designed and sold various t-shirts based on the series at various

conventions, as well as on the internet at Sharkrobot.com. Researched and

explored other merchandising options for future releases.

Other Activities

Former member of CADETS, a Loyola University peer education group dedicated

to educating Loyola Students about responsible alcohol use and the dangers

of substance use/abuse. Organized events that gave students alternatives to

drinking/partaking in substance use.
