Preparation and testing, of in process, and raw material samples for microbiological organisms.
Performing confirmation tests on the samples that are presumptive positive. Also experience
with using BBL Crystaline Kit, and Gram Staining. Responsible for performing the environmental
testing, on production equipment, by method of Hydrosponge and Petri Film. Environmental
testing also included the care and monitoring of the DI H2O system within the lab and the
coating department.
Stability: Samples for stability were brought to me. I prepare the paperwork for each product
that is to be put into an Accelerated and or Ambient setting. I set each products timeline and
on the pullout date I would distribute each product to the appropriate department for
testing(in house and /or outside lab). When the testing is completed I report to research and
development for any result that is that is below set specifications for reformulation.
Chemistry: Preparation and testing on In Process and raw material products for minerals such as
Ca, Mg, Mn, Zn, K, Fe, and Cu. I also performed test for Vitamin C content and Loss of Drying.
Production: Duties included enforcement of cGMP, auditing of finished batch records, monitoring
of production and cleaning logs, documentation verification, and line clearance for packaging
at the start of a run and at the end of the run.
Other: I have strong leadership skills. In all of my previous jobs I was entrusted to take on
certain responsibilities that involved
important necessity of the company. I was also entrusted to take on more responsibility in my
particular department in
regards to the daily up keep. I am also bilingual. For a time I volunteered at the Riverside
Police Dept, under the supervision of Carlton Fuller
