• Primarily based in Monrovia, Liberia from October 2008 to present, while traveling regularly
to Ghana, Kenya and Senegal to meet with project partners and assess subcontractors, and
also interface with investors in Washington, DC, New York, and Boston.
• Evaluated future project opportunities and partnerships throughout Liberia, Ghana, Nigeria,
Kenya, Cameroon, and elsewhere in Africa.
• Established the overall parameters of project, including schedule, financial model and
