DATA ENTRY CLERK SEPTEMBER 2009-PRESENT
Fair Collection and Outsourcing Beltsville, MD
Fair Collection and Outsourcing (FCO) is the top company that provides
clients in collection. My job entails mainly data entry of various
documents that come in the form of email, mail, and/or fax. I proofread
each document, checking for specific details, and extracting specific
information for input. Because it's a collection agency, it is imperative
to be accurate as well as maintain speed. Overall, each document are
inputted into our system (CUBS). Once inputted, I image the documents
through the imager, where the images are stored for future reference. I
also am in charge of imagining any documents needed for various
departments. Special projects also require some research for different
debtors. Currently, I have also been asked to take on the responsibility
of aiding my supervisor with monthly statements, which requires focus and
patience in ensuring that the clients' money and documents are in order to
be send out by the correct protocol of FCO.

quantities of each batch. As a research verifier, I research the client's
company online through search engines, making sure that their information
is correct. Then, I proceed to make a follow up call, verifying personally
that the information I have found is correct and up to date.

various projects that is personal and confidential. On occasions, I also
become a proofreader of other entered data (QC &QA). The difference between
the QC and QA is simply the person who QC is the middle person between the

before it goes straight to the QA.
