Global financial services company focused on serving institutional clients

for investment management, mutual fund and insurance accounting and custody

services.

Vice President, Finance (2001 - 2009)

Held management responsibility for all aspects of finance department;

Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Client Billing, General Ledger

Accounting, and Reporting.

. Held responsibility for staff of 16 Managers, Accountants and Accounting

Assistants.

. Oversaw general ledger accounting, reporting, budgeting/forecasting and

client billing for site with $175MM in annual revenue consistently

meeting internal and external deadlines.

. Successfully implemented Sarbanes-Oxley 404 review for Kansas City;

for initial and subsequent annual reviews. Implemented process
