Multifaceted responsibilities to identify anomalies, research and apply
resolutions to all anomalies found in the server logs located in Germany,
Canada, and within the organization. Configured new backup jobs along
with configuring duplicate backup jobs to tape, established new schedules,
configuration of selection list, devices, and media sets. Maintained tape
library and scheduling of tape usage for daily, weekly and monthly backups.
Disaster Recovery of selected data from disk and tape for Germany, Canada,
and the organization was performed quarterly successfully. Exchange and
Blackberry logs were downloaded at the beginning of each month and stored
on DVD for message recovery. Daily SQL reporting of SQL backups and
processing of SQL reports if not processed the previous day.
