patch panels.

• Mount and install RJ11 and RJ 45 jacks.

• Read and interpret engineering plan.

• Operational experience with Cisco Call Manager 4.x, 6.x, and 7.x, Cisco Unity

Voicemail 4.x, 5.x, and 7.X

• Operational experience with VOIP services over a LAN and WAN.

• Operational experience with QOS policies in relation to voice protocols.
