Primarily responsible for assembling and analyzing all inpatient
charts after discharge and assign deficiencies as appropriate.
Prepares, edits, and routes correspondence, forms, flyers and other

documents for signature; Accurate and timely record processing to
include: loose report filing, pick up discharge paperwork, create new
