Product Innovation Manager

Successfully established formal product development process for company-wide

implementation, including hiring and training staff on the new process, and created reporting templates to

update senior staff.

Using data-mining, identified segments of high at-risk of default borrowers, representing

over $20 million, who had previously never received outreach communications. Designed a program using

implicit personalization and simplified calls to action, which improved response rates in the form of higher

email open rates and click-throughs, with potential for changing long term borrower behavior.

Developed first-ever direct marketing program targeted at Gen Y “Helicopter Parents”

which included email, direct mail and web components.

Parallaxi Product Manager

Led cross functional team migrating the Parallaxi business intelligence tool (ASP model) to the Employer

Portal on Ingenix.com, providing a central location to access the tool, incorporate/integrate the tool into the

larger corporate (Ingenix) web identity, and the possibility of further product enhancements/functionality to

improve the user experience.

Conducted one-on-one client feedback sessions using Webex to solicit new product enhancements and to

better understand how existing clients interact with the tool, revealing key insights into customers’ current

usage and future needs.

Developed marketing and sales collaterals in support of product releases and conference presentations.

Created initial business requirements document and championed team responsible for developing usability

enhancements for Parallaxi, resulting in a more intuitive product with potential for higher usage frequency.
