maintenance, machine guarding, etc.
Responsible for management of equipment safety which includes daily,
monthly and annual audits related to quality assurance, inventory and
maintenance for over 320 pieces of equipment. Equipment includes; robotic
window sealer and washer, die and tool punch presses, metal and wood
cutting saws, grinders, sanders, forklifts, delivery vehicles, banding
machines, and over 154 hand tools.
Ensure all equipment is serviced and maintained as necessary and /or
required to include preparation of reports for tracking.
Manage shipping and receiving ensuring supplies and deliveries occur as
required.
Ensure testing and monitoring for noise, combustible dusts and air quality
is performed as required.
Manage health program to schedule employees for required medical screening
and testing. Review results for trends and potential follow-up. Developed
and provided associated training.
Prepare OSHA illness and injury reports and prepare annual reports for
submission to Bureau of Labor Statistics.
