and Credit Card authorizations.

. April 2009- Nov. 2009: Temporary Positions: Data Entry Clerk and

Receptionist: As a Data Entry Clerk I received incoming calls from field

techs and input the large amounts of data received on a daily basis. As a

Receptionist I received and directed incoming communications, handling

responsible for moving, archiving, and filing crucial pharmaceutical

product lot files for both Bayer HealthCare and Novartis according to

established department procedures that support GMP operations and

comply with GMP and FDA guidelines.

. Documentation Assistant II: Formatted and edited documents and

uploaded revisions into Bayer HealthCare's EDMS. Coordinated review and

approval of controlled document revisions, tracked workflows, and

assisted EDMS users while maintaining EDMS and documentation databases.

Moving, archiving, and filing controlled document hard copies, and

other assigned tasks.

. Jan 2007 - June 2007: Gameready. Position: Customer Service Rep:

Duties included; customer service, scheduling (w/Microsoft Outlook),

account management using Salesforce.com and Microsoft Great Plains, and

processing orders & complaints from customers that called in by
