Work as a business office manager, handling the resident's trust accounts,
billing secondary insurance companies, scheduling and billing ancillary
services (dental, optometry, podiatry, audiology) for all residents at
facility. Assist family and residents with finance concerns and issues in
addition to multiple office duties.

Activities' leader and social worker for elderly residents at the nursing
home. Participated in multiple office tasks and duties in addition to
counseling resident/families.

Social worker for the residents residing at the facility including;
