Summary of Instrumentation: Hands on study of automatic controls,

qualifications transmitters, recorders, and sensors including

:Thermocouple, pressure switches, pressure to electrical

transducers, thermistors, pH indicators, flow devices,

differential pressure transmitters, positioning valves,

pipe layouts and related blueprints.

Calibration Metrology Tester: Calibrate, repair and

certify process control instrument to National Institute

of Standards Technology using instrument test standards

and test instruments, such as: Wallace & Tiernan Pneumatic

Comparator, Analogic Digi-Cal Calibrator, Transmation

Milliamp Millivolt Tester, Digital Volt OHM Meter, Dwyer

Manometers, WetBulb Thermometers, and Bulb Respirators.

Electrical Instrumentation/ Motor Controls: Bench checks

electronic circuits, circuit boards, control panels and

electronic test standards. Verify correct systems

operation of all types of process control instruments,

sensors, transmitters, and recorders. Electronic

calibration and certification, electronic symbols and

drawings, electronic components and electronic transducers

repair.
