I attended Cumberland County College and took intro to micro

computers and other pre requisite classes. I learned

microsoft word, excel, powerpoint. I also took English Comp

101, 102, psychology and sociology. These classes helped me

to work on a computer more efficiently and become a well

spoken individual.

Worked in Claims. I send merchandise back to companies to

receive credit for damaged goods. I kept track of merchandise

vendors owed money back on. I answered phones, entered data in computer

and kept track of vendor addresses and RA numbers to ship merchandise.
