Professional Statement
Andragogy is not new, but the application of it to meet the needs of adult learners in a corporate
setting is. Adult learners have special needs and preferred learning strategies that must be
respected. The study of this process and its application to corporate executive training and staff
development has been the focus of my doctoral work. I am now in a position to help you and your
company see substantial improvement in staff development and training at all levels of your
organization.
