Qualifications

I have years of experience and knowledge of the plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and

carpentry trades and the processes in the maintenance and repair of residential, hotel, apartment,

and condominiums. I also have experience in irrigation, swimming pools and landscaping. I also

have gas line experience. I am experienced in warehousing as well (shipping/receiving, inventory

control, purchasing, order filling. Computer literate as well.

Work History

2008-2010 The Buttes-Marriott Resort- Maintenance

Duties include performing room calls to make needed repairs to plumbing, electrical,

furniture, minor a/c, telephones, internet, television(cable), as well as maintenance at restaurants,

bars, and numerous other locations around resort.

2008-Present US Airways- Fleet Service Agent

Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of baggage from incoming aircraft to connecting

flights out of Phoenix.

2008 GSA Construction-Plumber

Remodel apartment complexes in Phoenix area. Plumbing (gas included), electrical, carpentry,

cabinetry, flooring, and drywall.

2004-2008 J & K Construction- Owner/Operator

Operated small construction company from my home specializing in plumbing and remodel jobs.

Flooring, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry(rough & trim).

2004-2006 Amorelli Plumbing-Plumber

Duties included new construction plumbing, remodel, and repairs. Re-pipes, replace sewer lines,

and run gas lines (interior and exterior) as well.

2000-2004 Diamondhead Plumbing-Bathroom Remodel

Complete demolition and reconstruction of bathrooms in homes, high-rise apartments and

condos. Also included tile, glass block, cultured marble and all fixtures,.

1996-2000 APAC Mechanical- Apprentice Plumber

New construction plumbing ( including natural gas and propane) on condos, apartments, and

houses.
