Compare merchandise invoice to all items to ensure that the shipments are correct. Set up
advertising signs and displays of items on shelves, counters, etc. to promote sales for that
week and/or month. Take inventory and examine all merchandise so all items can be reordered
when needed. Put prices and security labels on all merchandises items for the customers.

appointments and transferred all calls to appropriate personnel. Responsible for processing warranty
claims. Contacted customers on VW customer satisfaction survey. Contacted the appropriate manger if
customer was dissatisfied.

and exchange for the customers. Entered charges for all items the customer purchase and
subtract the value of any coupons or special discount the customers purchased. Total the
amount and take any return slips, coupons and any non cash items. Organized and return any
items to the shelves.

May 06- July 06 Telemarketer
Contacted customers who have existing AT&T service to lower their bill with a reasonable
package. Worked from a script and a list of contact that the company provides. Once the
company provides the script and the list; contacted the customer and attempted to sell the
product. Sell the product to the customer and confirmed all orders and agreements with the
customer. Once the customer is satisfied transferred the calls to a third party to finalized the
sell and begin with a new call.
5. Kmart Crofton, MD

Received store merchandise and equipments in the stockroom. Issued items out the stockroom
for the customers when needed. Unpacked merchandises boxes and inspect all items. Any
acceptable items are arranged on shelves, racks, and bins. Help scan items before they are put
out on the shelves for the customers. Organized items in different sales department. Help on
cash register when needed. Tagged store sales for the week.
