I received merchandise, I pulled orders for nine stores, I shipped

to the stores. I also did a little type setting.

I managed a 78 unit complex and 50 garages. I supervised 2 maintenance

men, 6 cleaning people for apartments and buildings, outside vendors for

pest control, advertising and grounds care. I leased apartments and

buildings, worked with a budget, did rent roll every month, collected rents

and handled evictions through the courts.

I received orders that came in from clients. I ran over sized copiers,

binding machines, three hole punch machines and folding machines. I

ordered supplies and handled all walk in business.
