. Maintain accurate records of community function; accounting,
collection, bad debts, incident reports, NSF's and work orders. Ensure
accuracy for weekly and month end reports. Process invoice for
payables.
. Prepare month/End accounting reports as per owner requirements and
company procedures including soda's
