Production Maintenance Mechanic. Responsible of stopping and starting Intelligrated conveyors through a computer

system. Walk down and listen for any abnormal noises or conditions on production machines. Check for alignment on

sprockets and belt drives. Check motors for overheating and bearings, belt for any damages pressure rolls, belt tracking,

belt lacing, drive and idler pulley. Check mechanical spring take up and bearings block for any loose bolts. Check

photo eyes to make sure that they are in line with the reflector. etc

Water treatment for Chlorides, Cat ions, and other acidic components that will affect water. Operation and maintenance
