Directed all financial activities and provided financial support for COO
and other directors of the Stark Brothers Fulfillment Services organization
as we provided services for 30 direct retail clients. Responsibilities
included month-end close, general ledger, financial statement reporting,
accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, forecasting,
cash management and capital budgets. Some major improvements initiated,
overseen and completed were bank borrowing base from a negative cash flow
to $850K; closing from 26 days to 10 days with continuous progress, A/R
from over 90 days - 30% to 2%, passed initial government audit for
Smithsonian Institute; improved cash flow allowing timely payments to our
vendors from 60 days to 30 days; developed financial tools used for

responsible for all cost of goods sold/inventory accounting functions for

plans for the seven (7) manufacturing plants and fourteen (14) co-packers.
