Oklahoma Insurance Department, Analyst, 2007 - 2010

As an Analyst, I audited and analyzed all Insurance Company's Rate,

Rule, and Form filings to ensure compliance with State regulations, Case

laws, and Oklahoma statutes. I created analysis reports for consumer

improvement programs and sophisticated case studies for the Insurance

Commissioner and Directors. As a consumer advocate, I would correspond with

insurance companies approving and denying their policy requests, and assist

consumers with understanding the State Insurance statutes and laws. I

performed a statistical analysis of rates and categorical data provided by

insurance companies and checked for validity.

Farmers Insurance Group, Independent Agent, 2005 - 2007

I sold Property/Casualty/Life Insurance through various lead avenues.

Visiting with clients, I would determine their needs and present an

appropriate package for coverage of their assets. I processed consumer

applications and payments daily, as well as assisted clients in claims

processing. I maintained customer databases for continued growth including

cross sales of other coverages and used for customer follow-up.

profitability and sales. With a sales force of up to 20 employees, I always

obtained an excellent rating in our operational audits through effectively

coaching, training, and recruiting staff. Under my direction, numerous

employees obtained promotions within the company due to proper coaching. I

have been responsible for over a multi-million dollar inventory, where I

manually counted, monitored, and adjusted inventory levels. I reviewed and

analyzed multiple financial reports to make improvements and increase

profitability. My expertise was used to audit under-producing stores within

the central area to ensure sound business decisions were being made and

company policies were being implemented.
