. Designed and completed the construction, remodel, and/or relocation of
over 350 savings and loan facilities to expand and modernize the retail
branching systems.
. Directed and managed an eight building 450,000 square foot corporate
headquarters relocation.
. Reduced a corporate headquarters relocation cost by $755,000 through
effective value engineering, strong field supervision, tight budget
controls and various incentive programs.
. Designed, coordinated and supervised the installation of over 400 ATM
machines.
. Developed and implemented an ATM lighting safety upgrade program to
comply with recent regulations and to limit corporate liability and
financial exposure.
. Directed and managed two corporate sign conversion projects valued over
$12,000,000 and achieved a cost savings of $440,000.
. Supervised the design/installation/reconfiguration (re-stack) of over
6000 modular workstations to accommodate an ever changing and fluctuating
business environment.

included loan centers, retail branch remodels, relocations, facility

preservations. Managed bank's contracted national vendors, contractors, &

Directed and managed all aspects of construction and facility projects from
preliminary design
