Preposition Program and attaching Unique Identification Markings. Cataloging more than 800 line

items and systematically accounting this process, critically evaluating numerical data, and reports

reconciliation.

Responsible for research, acquisition, and accountability of Technical Publications; by obtaining

electronically and hard copies as they pertain to usage, maintenance and repair of equipment for

the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program at Blount Island Command Florida. Developed

During the past seven years after retirement from the Marines, I have facilitated many aspects of

the food & beverage industry. During this time I was a consultant for the development of a new

restaurant, directly overseeing the entire opening process from new carpet to purchasing

agreements of Food & Alcohol. I also was instrumental in the development of a Web Based

products and services being offered. Working closely with web developers, I earned a

nomination in the Food Management Magazine for "Creative Innovations Man of the Year".

Throughout this period I was responsible for inventory management, ordering, cash flow,

overall staff development and roll out of newer products. This resulted in lowering labor, food

costs, and increasing sales resulting in greater profits for the organization.

Supply Logistics Embarkation Coordinator I was responsible for the maintenance of a $3.5

million dollar Pre Expend Bin (PEB) maintaining subcomponents and individual parts for

communications and personnel equipment. This included but was not limited to ensuring stock

level justification and replenishment under a strict budget. Also oversaw the construction of

embarkation boxes that would provide protection in severe weather and handling conditions,

ensuring that electrical equipment was evaluated for moisture protection measures where

maintained.

Production Control for Aircraft Maintenance Department tracking daily maintenance flow and

ensured required periodic maintenance was initiated. Coordinated material requirements

between maintenance work centers and supply lines to expedite repair. I also conducted

Preservation, Packing and Packaging (Shipping and Receiving), ESD prevention, corrosion

control and mini component repair functions. I also used maintenance manuals, individual parts

breakdown illustrations, and other resource manuals.

Aircraft Systems Supervisor Developed directed and supervised a $12.5m Avionics production

work center employing 125 technical personnel. I monitored, evaluated, and developed

approaches to improve performance. I conducted periodic reviews of overall team performance

and annual performance evaluations of subordinates. Analyzed maintenance trends to develop

and implement corrective actions plans for accomplishment of short and long term goals.

Production results exceeded a ten year trend through the use of team building techniques,

system review, and implementation of a continuous quality improvement approach.

Training Coordinator for an Aircraft Maintenance Department Achievements included

revamping of over 65 technical training syllabuses and developed a functional resource library for

professional development.

Safety Manager Responsible for the industrial hygiene, and protective measures that are
