• Performed Business Development Activities in support of LM Effort for SAS3 and EPA – ICE, additionally I
serve as the Business Development manager for ITS-ESE – contacting customers to expand and develop new

• Operations manager – Managed day to day network operations
• OEI portfolio Manager – Managed up to 7 task orders, approximately $8 million in sales as well as managing
more than 30 employees and subcontractors. Responsible for schedule and budget and delivering products on time

in sales and up to 40 employees and sub contractors, responsible for cost, schedule and technical performance of

• Established the Total Cost of Ownership Advisory Committee, which assisted in the IT consolidation across a
nationally distributed network.
• Consolidated the ORD desktop across the organization and allowed for uniform set up as well as network centric
management of those desktops.
• Established new leasing procedures that allowed for the bulk purchases of these machines, and saved the
organization over $2 million annually in management cost as a function of this project.
• Established a consolidated call center and Network Operations Center (NOC) and consolidated ORD’s IT
infrastructure that saved the organization $2 million annually.
Chief Information Management & Technology Staff [1991 – 2001]
• Established an ORD investment review process, which evaluated/approved relevance of significant IT
investments.
• Formed the High-Performance Computing (HPC) executive steering committee, which guided investments and
program activities. Established a review process that analyzed whether HPC candidate proposal were properly
justified.
• Established and molded the Information Managers into an effective group, addressing information management
issues across all of ORD.
• Served as a Senior Information Resources Management Official (SIRMO) for ORD and as SIRMO worked with
Agency SIRMOs to recommend Agency policy and actions.
