PROJECTS COMPLETED:
Title : Control Area Network (CAN) Protocol Implementation.
Tool : Kiel Demo version with simulator.
Programming used : Embedded C.
Description : This Project involves developing a hard model for
controlling the speed of a radiant according to the Engine Temperature
based on CAN (Control Area Network) protocol implementation. CAN protocol
is used in various automobiles.
Title : Design of a CMOS Unity Gain OPAMP, Hysteresis
Comparator.
Tool : PSpice.
Description : Designing an OPAMP and Comparator with specific parameters
such as open Gain, temperature, VDD, Bandwidth, Input Common mode
Voltage, Input voltage swing, maximum input offset voltage, Input
Hysteresis, Input Reference Voltage, Output Load and obtaining the
desired graph.
Title : Design of a 4 bit by 4 bit Multiplier, Boundary Scan Test
(BST).
Programming used : VHDL.
Tool : XILINX ISE 9.2i.
Description : This design includes an 8 bit Adder, a Register
Accumulator, a Full Adder, 8 bit ripples carry Adder, an 8 bit register,
etc. To Test the PCB's using BST which is a method for testing boards
using a four-wire interface. The PCB used was Spartan 3.
Title : Building an OPAMP, Charge Redistribution DAC, CMOS
Inverter Layout, Extraction and Simulation, Building a Flash A/D
Converter using Cadence.
Tool : CADENCE.
Title : Setting up a Virtual Private Network (VPN) and its
Security
Tool : Opnet IT Guru.
Description : Creation of a VPN that can help communication to
remote places confined to a particular area which is simulated using Opnet.
Hence the user will be able to use the simulation to transfer files, voice,
and images as well as videos from one place to another and implementing
firewalls and security in a VPN.
Title : Adaptive Interference Cancellation.
Programming used : MATLAB.
Description : Adaptive Noise Cancellation is used to remove
background noise from useful signals. Algorithms used are least mean
square (LMS), Normalized least mean square (NLMS), Recursive Least
Squares (RLS) and Affine Projection (AP).
