Executive Assistant Responsibilities

. Provide ongoing support for DOO and CFO, as well as other senior

contracts with hotels and other meeting venues and managing all

logistics

moving company contract, organize pack/unpack efforts, brief employees

on new office procedures, liaise with IT department to set up network,

computers and phones

. Interview potential hires; process new hire paperwork; conduct

orientation and training

. Assist in the completion of Disaster Evacuation/Recover Plan
