construction project manager and estimator at Cabrera Construction

Services. In this position I developed and maintained construction

schedules, monitored site performance and quality of trade installations,

supervised contracts and submittals, and implemented and upheld the site

safety plan. I also work closely with all members of the construction

project team, supervised all construction laborers, craft employees and

coordinated job site logistics.

I have been involved in design development and construction

implementation of office buildings, shopping centers, and retail facilities

where in I gained hands-on experience in developing design concepts,

construction details, and project cost evaluation from conceptual stage to

final design. I was able to achieve this by performing quantitative surveys

and pricing, preparing bid proposals, generating and monitoring RFI's, and

site supervision. My work provided me with the insight needed to coordinate

complex issues clearly with owners, engineers, and contractors, resolving

deficiencies and demonstrating the ability to bring projects to completion

on time and within budget. I am a self starter, always eager to learn and

try new things and have excellent management skills.
