Business Development Specialist (2007-2008)
During my time in this position I was responsible for contacting businesses in the Wichita metropolitan
area telling them about the Credit Union and how it differs from banks. I was also in charge of trying to
scout out new areas or towns that we could put a branch or even bring new business to our existing
locations. I was the developer that brought a First Choice Credit Union inside the Maize High School, and
part of the reason that our assets grew along with our membership.
Repossessions(2008- Current)
During my time in this position I have been responsible for calling members to let them know that their
payments are pasted due, updating and finding various ways to get address and phone numbers, if
different from the ones that were one file. I am also responsible for any member that is 30 days or past
sending out a right to cure, and if still we don't hear back from them then we proceed with the
repossession of their car. I am responsible for helping with a deficit in our loan loss department.
Teller/Member Service Representative (Current)
During my time in this position I have been responsible for helping behind the teller line with deposits,
withdrawals, transfers and any other teller responsibility. Also, responsible for opening and closing
accounts for members, which would include but not limited to helping members with questions about
accounts, debit card transaction disputes, credit card inquiries, credit card disputes, credit card fraud
alerts, balancing and maintaining the general ledger for cash advances and credit card payments. I also
help members with any loan questions they may have.

IT Internship
Responsible for helping each aspect of the IT Department while learning the different types of jobs. While
at this internship I was also responsible for taking computers with nothing on them and building them to
the liking of the residents. I learned how to back up major corporation's data, learned about the server,
and how to remote desktop to one of their many locations. Help set up for a major presentation. I sat with
the help desk employee while getting to help with PC problems, and was even asked how I would solve
the problem that they were having.

New Accounts Representative (March 2003-January 2004)
Responsible for opening and closing accounts, Certificates of Deposit, IRA's, and maintaining good
relationship with the current customers, while bringing in new customers and teaching them about the
products and services that Prairie State Bank had to offer. Responsible for maintaining competitive rates
with other financial institutions by calling and checking rates.
Personal Banker/Assistant Branch Manager/Branch Manager (January 2004-November 2006)
Responsible for managing all employees, business development, marketing my branch, discussing
customers problem inquiries, scheduling employee meetings, opening accounts, consumer loans, teaching
kids in middle school and high school about the value of checking accounts, and saving accounts, along
with the pros of saving money. I started a program that would encourage my employees to sell the
products and services that we offer.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITES:
Currently the Secretary for the ITT Technical Institute AITP Chapter, where it is my responsibility to take
notes and get the word out about our chapter and talk with potential members. Fostered and built
community contacts through business groups affiliations to garner new business. Implemented concept of
monthly review of large key accounts with follow up on site customer service visits to senior level
commercial clients.
