Analyze increased problem rate at the Greater Ozark Arkansas Region (GOAR) Biomedical Division of
the American Red Cross; in regards to improper documentation and labeling of blood product resulting in
FDA fines and penalties. As part of a cross regional team, we developed and instituted new written

company wide.

reduction in staff back injuries by 83%.
Led a team to create a water reclamation project aimed at reducing the costs associated with wastewater
