SSP (Dynamic Email Management)

Duration: March 2008 – 2009 December

Description: The purpose of this project is to create a means for Customer Experience to view, change

and modify existing email templates for designated customer network environments, order mix (voice,

video or data) and order trigger, and deliver to the end user an up to date email that conveys the

excitement of the FiOS offerings, near real time. This project is an email editing tool and provides users

the ability to edit existing email messages for data only to the new environment.

I was responsible for:

• Involved in QA testing

• Analyzed and identified the Test Cases based on requirement document of

• Reviewing and modifying the Test Cases.

• Accomplish the Test Case on AUT for different Modules.

Description: Designed and developed a system to track invoices and payments automatically

and alert required personnel to take appropriate actions. System is designed to reduce the risk of

lost or delinquent invoices, there by reducing the penalties on invoices. The system is fully

integrated with various communication systems to alert employees.

Description: EIS is an internet-based Facilities Management application, which provides the

user the flexibility to do Space Analysis, manage the properties, the buildings, and the assets

related to those properties. Also the user can view the Properties in a well-organized manner as

Role & Responsibilities:

• Worked as a Certification & Integration specialist.

• Worked on a detailed Business Process and procedures for System Testing.

• Studied system requirements, Test Plan and wrote test cases & did task

scheduling.

• Carried out GUI, Functionality, Security and Regression testing for the Facility

Center and the EIS applications by using Win Runner as automation tool.

Description: Worked on a Personnel Information System (PIS). The application was developed

in Visual Basic and Oracle. PIS was used to update personnel information throughout the

employee’s stay with the company. The application contained modules to record employee

performance (satisfactory/unsatisfactory), and issues related to employee’s leaving the company

or being transferred. The system also enabled all levels of management to get customized

reports.

stipulated time frame. Also this application was helpful for top management to keep track of each

Marketing Executive’s performance and incentive earned. The application was developed on

UNIX platform with Oracle as back-end and VB as front-end.
