billion in annual premium. Managed group-wide claims budget. Directed staff
of 48 plus outside consultants, legal panel and third party administrators
totaling 150-200. Reported to Global President and COO.

. Removed redundancy in Claims Risk Management Program (RMP), reducing
costs. Redundancies in the RMP had caused an un-quantified operational
cost without any increase in added value in return. Simplified key
operational risks associated with the loss adjusting process. Reduced
Claims RMP from 5 Risk Assessment Summaries (RAS) with a total of 28
controls, to one RAS with 10 key controls.
