Development
Provide executive leadership as head of software and application development.
Lead, motivated, mentored, managed and headed the software development group
(architects, business analysts, programmers, DBA's and QA) planning,
coordinating, directing and designing all software applications.
Lead offshore team of programmers and QA resources.
Won 14 awards in the first 2 years of service for successful execution of

Spear headed the migration and integration of data sources of various legacy
