. Responsible for completion of Spicewood at Bull Creek Model Home for

Grand Opening. Supervised construction of 5 additional homes ranging in

price from $400,000 to $750,000. Previously completed construction of 24

houses at Woodland Park within an 8 month period on schedule and with

minimal amount of warranty work. Homes ranging in price from $160,000 to

$300,000.

. Responsible for construction of various residential projects, one of

which received the 1997 Max Award sponsored by TxCABA. Houses ranging

from $150,000 to $300,000.
